Kristen Stehle, APRN

Kristen Stehle, APRN, is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in OBGYN and primary care. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Drew University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and UMDNJ. She has practiced in a freestanding birth center in NYC, private practice OBGYN and labor and delivery in New London, Connecticut, and ambulatory primary care for women in Old Lyme, Connecticut. 

Kristen is a firm believer that lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise are the foundation of health. She is an avid runner and cyclist and is committed to strength training, yoga, and daily meditation. 

Kristen believes as a nurse practitioner in her private practice, she can help you become the best and healthiest version of yourself. You will work as a team, delving into your diet, eating habits, lifestyle, and medical and family history. She believes this impacts your health and will be incorporated into your treatment plan. She will take the time to get to know you, your philosophy (even if you don’t think you have one), and your preferences.
